We source and supply long flax fibres, carefully selected for their natural strength and durability.
Product Overview & Applications
Long flax fibre, traditionally known as line flax, is the highest quality material extracted from the flax plant. Unlike short fibres, line flax consists of unbroken, full-length strands pulled directly from the stem after scutching. These strands typically measure between 60 and 90 centimeters, reflecting strength and uniformity.
Production process
We source our long flax fibre directly from scutching mills across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. By working closely with these mills, we maintain control over quality and full traceability of origin.
Every batch is assessed on fineness, strength, colour and cleanliness, so customers receive a fibre they can rely on.
